How to use

Wash your hands and disinfect them with alcohol if necessary. Next, in a clean room with a room temperature of 15 to 30 degrees, remove the plastic bag containing the test kit and place it on a clean, flat surface.

From the plastic bag, take out the test cassette (in an aluminum pouch), the dedicated reagent, the extraction tube, the specimen collection stick, and the plastic bag for medical waste, and arrange them in order. Open the aluminum pouch and place the test cassette inside on a flat surface.

STEP 1: Insert the sampling stick about 2 cm into your nasal cavity and rotate it 5 times (for 15 seconds) to collect a sample.
STEP 2: Use the same sampling stick in the other nostril and repeat the above steps.

Remove the cap from the extraction tube, open the dedicated reagent bottle, and pour the entire amount of the reagent into the tube. To prevent contamination, be careful not to touch the tip.

Put the specimen collection stick into the tube. Next, rotate the specimen collection stick 10 to 20 times. Wait 1 minute, squeeze the tube body and the cotton ball, and remove the specimen collection stick.

Put 5 drops (approximately 70-80 ul) of the extract into the sample well (the depression marked with the symbol ↑) of the test cassette. Do not move the test cassette after dropping.
After 20 minutes (reaction), red lines will appear at the locations marked "C" and "T". Positive or negative depends on whether the red lines are present or not. Please refer to the judgment method for the judgment criteria. Results after 30 minutes are not accurate.

Positive
Red lines will appear on both the T and C lines.
Negative
Only the C line will have a red line.
Precautions for use:

Keep the kit in a room with room temperature between 15-30℃ and place it on a flat surface.

Complete the test within 1 hour after opening. Rotate the sample collection rod in the nasal cavity at least 5 times during extraction.

Moisten the skein of the sample collection rod to obtain the optimal sample size.

Do not move the test box after the test has started.

Do not judge the result after more than 30 minutes have passed.

For good results, complete the test within 1 hour after opening the test box.
